Practice at Eastern HIgh School on Wednesdays from 6-8pm
Everyone is invited to participate in our practices. We either practice in the Field house or in the gym. Look for our LSC sign, it will indicate to you which location we are using that particular wednesday. All practices are free of charge and with high quality training.

This is our last indoor session of the year, there will be many new
players in some of the teams. Please make sure to make them feel part
